400 mg to 800 mg three or four times a day. Not more than 3.2 g in 24 hours.

5 mg/kg for a mild fever and 10 mg/kg for a higher one, or 10 mg/kg for pain, every 6 to 8 hours. Not more than 40 mg/kg in 24 hours.
